He leans over Aldiirn, face hidden in the crook of his neck, while Aldiirn is reclined on a pile of pillows and more preoccupied with Astarion’s hoarded junk. “…How many of those boostshrooms did you eat today?” Astarion asks, a slight warble in his voice. “Just a handful, why?”

“Oh, good, only one handful,” Astarion groans, his face oozing and dripping slime in reaction to Aldiirn’s blood.
