'@time' command for Discord that allows the user to create a dynamic timestamp that always adjusts to show what it would be local-time for the reader.

Discord finally implemented an '@time' command to post a timestamp that dynamically changes depending on the timezone of the reader, showing in your local time.

I have been begging for this for *years*. This is such an invaluable tool for organizing events across timezones. Finally a W for Discord.
