The medical birds crash usually due to other factors (like birds driving on the wrong side) combined with them having to manouver a brick of a car at high speed and under pressure

Let me remind you that during that one event, we had one civilian car crash every second minute, and just a singular medical bird crash, during the entire 2h+

Then now after the drivers licenses were introduced, we have about one medical bird crash per like 10 normal ones still

Yeah, which means that the medical birds are highly competent and the ualf highly incompetent.

See, here is were the SBF and illuminate differ, even if the costs arent nearly as high as you portray, it would still be deemed as worth it, as a life is viewed as irreplacable
