Considering that bochet is a mead made with caramelized honey... maybe cold brew coffee based bochet would be way too good...

These are the current experiments in mead making. They turned out really well. Like marketable well. Hope to be in production soonish.

Getting serious about making mead. Getting into bochet, which is when you cook the honey down and caramelize it before fermentation. Still trying to come up with names though. BILF Meadery is the front runner so far...
