I recorded the piano in my home studio in Los Angeles and collaborated over the internet with the fabulous musicians of the FAMES orchestra, located in Skopje, Macedonia, and conducted by Maestro Oleg Kondratenko for the remainder of the orchestra parts. 3/5

Initially composed during the 2020 pandemic and recorded remotely to capture the isolation many felt during the lockdowns, this movement illustrates pondering the inevitable changes ahead and the uncertainty they may bring. 2/5

Warner Bros. used to have retail stores, and among the WB swag they had framed animation cels. By chance I found a cel from “Catwalk,” the first episode of BTAS I scored completely on my own. 3/4

I had no idea in less than 2 years I would arrive here in LA to begin my career and even less idea whether or not the move would be permanent! It all has to start with a dream—don’t be afraid to chase that dream and make it an intention! 2/4

The drums were recorded by Eric Sarafin & the guitars/basses were recorded by Mako Sujishi. During the sessions, I had the pleasure of Oscar-winning composer Mychael Danna stopping by while he was visiting a film mix at one of the stages next door. Awesome photos by Dana Ross 7/7

While this was a solo composing credit, it was still very much a team effort w/my DMP colleagues Michael & Lolita contributing orchestrations along with my lead orchestrator Larry Rench. The score was recorded & mixed by Bobby Fernandez and my music editor was Diane Griffen 6/7

Expanding the sound we used on the Emmy-winning TV series, the score added a full orchestra of top LA studio musicians recorded at the WB Eastwood Scoring Stage to the metal shredding talents of Gabriel Moses on guitar, Jon Button on bass and John “JR" Robinson on drums. 5/7
