Oooo they could maybe air a “throwback” Eurovision year? Like one of the contests from the 70s, 80s or 90s, maybe the 00s! And people could watch along and vote for their personal favorite songs, and the people at the venue determine their own winner separate from the real one!

And for all those bullying us into “just moving on”: this contest has given a lot of us incredible life changing experiences. You might move on easily, but others are now losing a massive part of their lives. As am I. So sending big hugs to you all. And let’s not lose eachother in the process 🩵

I hope the people who struggle hard right now realise that this isn’t necessarily the end. At some point in the future the contest will heal itself. And there’s still so much to be grateful and happy for. The friendships, the community, the music and artists we got to know.

Having been quite indifferent to it all for a while now made me forget how big a deal this really is. I think I sorta unconsciously already accepted the fact that Eurovision is no longer what it used to be. I’m sad but I’m also strangely at peace with it. #Eurovision

I would say depends on their stance I guess. I would think many also didn’t anticipate this coming & are just as mad as us. I hope someone has the guts to withdraw from their national final or at least makes some kind of statement at it, seeing them fight back for what we love would be incredible
