I love how the CPU in Pokemon Stadium actually utilizes the Toxic + Leech Seed glitch.
The devs of that game basically admitting that they could have fixed it just like they did with Focus Energy, but simply figured that the game was more fun for having this quirk.

They are still a threat to player units. But by staying out of range, at this point you can basically just wait until the dragons kill all the red units on the map, including each other.
Then you can just finish off the sole survivor.

Confusion is different from Berserk in that the afflicted won't distinguish between friend or foe.
Their movements also become random and they might not even attempt to attack anyone at all.

Once the Wyrmspeaker is gone, all the dragons become confused. Permanently.

A Repeater Crossbow loaded with Sniper Arrows deals exactly enough damage for a clean kill. This has to be deliberate.
With no adjacent enemy nearby, Sylvis can remain hidden and stay save.
The Wyrmspeaker also drops a Vanishstone, which should guarantee a save getaway for your assassin.

Now the Wyrmspeaker is still hidden from view and Sylvis does not have Watchful.
But I can simply run into him to trigger an ambush. Since the Wyrmspeaker is unarmed, this merely means I can attack him for free.

No hiding on the cliffs, though. At this point a Vanishstone is required.

Those grooves across the road can actually be used for hiding.
They also only have 1 movement cost for light infantry. So thanks to Hide Sylvis can easily sneak around without drawing the attention of the dragons.
The dragons have set patrol paths. So if you pay attention, this is perfectly save.

He is hiding on this lone cliff in the Northwest of the map.
Getting there leads straight through the patrol area of various dragons.

However there is some wonderfully dumb bullshit you can do here.
These dragons are controlled by a Wyrmspeaker. Once the map starts, he will go into hiding using a Vanishstone.
What happens should he be removed? Let's find out.

And they do not suffer from the inverse ninja law. If anything they are harder to kill than their predecessors.
Those new wind dragons in particular are nasty, due to just how dodgy they are and due to having a crit chance.
