If I had a company that polluted a local stream, I'd be fined, at least.
If it kept on polluting on a daily basis, I'd be committing a serious crime and I could expect to be arrested.
So why are police not arresting the directors & CEOs of our water companies?

Sarwar leads Scottish Labour, including Scottish Labour MSPs & MPs: he is their leader.
But if Leishman has whip withdrawn by Starmer - the leader of a different party - what is Scottish Labour?
