ngl i've almost regressed in a way. when i started out drawing semi-seriously in 2023 i'd draw white on a black background and use tux paint's tint tool to colour in. now i'm doodling in pale colours and using colour burn as a filter. and it's honestly working

In all fairness though they might genuinely help cus i struggle with backgrounds and i want something more interesting going on. i'm finding this especially recently in my art where i mess with colours a lot
