On May 10, 1933, Nazis burned the library of The Institute for Sexual Science.
The Institute was founded by Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld. Its community clinic pioneered healthcare for queer, trans, & intersex people.
The Institute was targeted & attacked as part of a Nazi government censorship program.
In the midst of the USโs political chaos the one voice I see being left out consistently are those with disabilities and accessibility needs. We need to be allies for everyone affected, not just for what is affecting us individually. This is a super easy thing you can do that makes a difference.

none of this is inevitable btw. i saw news today about how ICE in chicago were frustrated that people knew their rights and that neighbors were unwilling to snitch so just keep up the pressure.
