There are just two A-10 teams currently top-2 in both offensive and defensive efficiency in A-10 play: VCU and…. St. Joe’s. 5 of Hawks 6 conference losses were on the road (SLU, DUQ in OT, Dayton, Loyola & Mason), the other L being home to VCU. They are a DANGEROUS team to have to play in DC.

It feels like VCU can be inconsistent sometimes from quarter to quarter, but from game to game, so far they appear to be a very consistent team.

Sometimes you just have to stop and see the programs that are ranked around VCU. A lot of history and large budgets pulling similar results to the Rams.
