Many responses will be based on what they believe is expected or will please others.

Gentle challenge & curiosity help to discern your truth.

If there is a hint of shame or judgment from a coach or therapist the truth is going to struggle to find its way to the surface.

Your breath is a great indicator of presence.

Notice it’s rhythm and it will tell you all you need to know.

There’s power in the pause.

Give yourself permission to slow down and notice what’s within.

When we experience childhood abandonment, attachment takes priority over authenticity.

We want & need to feel safe & loved. We abandon ourselves in service of protection, looking for external validation.

As we heal we shift our priorities & choose authenticity over attachment.

As a therapist or coach it’s so important to do your own work.

Otherwise your wounds will find their way into client sessions.

Clarity as a leader is essential.

If you’re not clear on expectations it will create chaos not consistency.

Clarity & chaos have ripple effects. Be clear which one you are spreading.

Healing doesn’t mean you put your life on hold.

Recovery coexists with your daily life.

You gradually implement changes and notice small shifts within.

Healing isn’t a final destination it’s a continuous journey.

There will always be new learning opportunities to foster growth and deepen recovery.
