It’s absolutely exhausting to see candidates still giving non-answers about Summit. You say you want commuter corridors, but are against a major east west lane in the middle of St Paul. You are not going to win trying to cozy up to SOS. It’s a losing position. Look at Will and Hanson’s vote totals.

Was surprised not to see Bochy on your list. Contract is up. Two disappointing seasons in a row. Seems very possible there will be a mutual parting of ways.

Do you think he could be sick? campenaerts had to leave. Maybe Jonas is expending all his energy to just hold on. He hasn’t seemed like he has his normal kick up the mountains.

Thanks! I think this right. I think I’d end it on the Golden Gate instead of LA, but the rest makes a lot of sense.

If you could design the tour of
America as the fourth grand tour, what would be some signature stages and where would you finish it?

Cole flirting with SOS, or telling anyone on the contact list he stole from his last job exactly what they want to hear is fine. But people Molly has never talked to giving her money is the big deal. Even though her positions have never changed. I guess people have to be mad about something, huh?

Some people still believe that the bike trail is the main expenditure. Not the crumbling road or antique infrastructure that needs replacing. Either woefully ill informed of something we’ve been going through for years or playing dumb to mask an even worse opinion.

Molly Coleman is strong on transportation [i would like to hear more about I-94], housing, zoning and land use, and public safety.

I encourage everyone in Ward 4 to rank Molly first on August 12th. We have a great opportunity for a great representative. I look forward to the future of the ward.

I also appreciate that Molly Coleman says what she believes no matter the context. Her positions don’t change or soften depending on audience. I think it’s important to really know where we align and where we might not. I want a council member brave enough to always voice what they think is right.

There is a lot to like about @mollycoleman.bsky.social

The city and the Ward are at an important crossroads and Molly knows how council works and will be ready day 1. I have full trust that she is the council member for this moment, and hopefully for a long time.

Owning a home is a privilege. Paying property tax is a privilege. And yeah, when I see that tax bill every year, it hurts. But I also know I am so lucky to receive it. And if my money goes to helping improve our streets so other can safely use them and save money, help the climate, I am all in.

29.07.2025 15:37 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Many people can ONLY afford a bike and they deserve safe infrastructure to do so. Some people would make that choice it it was safer. Some people might see the money they could save monthly as their rent payment. Some might see the benefits to climate or health. It’s all valid and worth it.

29.07.2025 15:37 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

You said that biking was unaffordable. When I pointed out that it was, you tried to turn it around as if I was a hypocrite even when I wasn’t making a personal point. That’s poor argument. It’s okay to open your mind to different information than you’re used to.

29.07.2025 15:37 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Part of why I own a home is because I didn’t have a car for 15 years and was able to easily save money. The Scandinavians people here are so into aren’t so scared of winter and have built infrastructure to allow people to bike year round. We could too with some forward vision.

I did do that for many years. Yes. And an improvement I infastruxture would have made it easier. I saved a ton of money and gained a lot of skills. I really value that time.

Can get a really decent used bike for $500. About $150 a year in maintenance. No gas. No insurance. Throw in a metro card and it’s still really affordable in comparison.
