Post race interview with Paul Youd done and everything in place now to work on his short-film about his 50k ultra-marathon around Bath and why he is an ambassador for Running on Plants.

Been watching the seals the past few weeks along the coast path when out on runs. Some have been basking in the sun, bobbing along, others have been moving frantically just below, potentially hunting and others just moving gently along like the one in the picture which I took a few years ago.

Sanna Duthie @sannad22run will be attempting to break her own record of 2d 3h and 30mins on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of April.

The turning point on yesterdays 2 hour run on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, just a lovely couple of hours with Otter. Spent 30 minutes filming to add to a video talking about this years releases as well as some non-documentary projects i've been working, in some cases, for over 2 years. #trail

Lovely to see a Eurasian Blackcap amidst the frozen woods and Musk Ox roaming free in the valleys.

It was about -14c for this run and I don't remember the cold at all, just how in awe we were of the landscape and wildlife here. #trail
