Twin City 10 mile today. It's known as The shortcut to the Capitol. The Twin City Marathon takes the long way; past the Basilica, Sculpture Garden, 4 lakes, & 2 parkways.
Lost steam but finished. Not fully recovered from 100k.

I am sorry for that. Too bad we have to be older to be wise. ❤️

Another early morning run. Today's gasp of delight was brought on by turning a corner and seeing a big cloud lit up by lightning.
I like this running in the pre-dawn.

Ran a 10k today on paved trail where I usually run dirt.
I was not last.
I was amused when I stepped off to take a photo & everyone running by me looked to see what I was taking a photo of. Deer? Bear? Swans? Nope. Just scenic.
