The Trump administration repealed the finding that climate pollution is a danger to human health. This decision attempts to leave the EPA powerless to limit pollutants that threaten the health of people and communities.

The EPA exists to protect Americans, not enrich polluters. The Trump admin. thinks otherwise.

Trump's EPA rescinded the Endangerment Finding, trying to leave the agency powerless to limit emissions. As Rep. Summer Lee says, more pollution means more asthma, COPD and other respiratory illnesses.

Today, President Trump received the first-ever "Undisputed Champion of Coal" award. Why? For sacrificing reliable and affordable clean energy to prop up a dying industry.

"EPA’s Safety review will turn into a rubber stamp. The proposal drastically changes EPAs safety standard. Rather than proving safety, EPA would have to prove that a chemical would pose an unreasonable risk- shifting the burden of proof away from safety. Good news? In this economy?

Yes! Last week, the District Court of D.C. ruled that the Trump administration illegally canceled clean energy projects in 16 states. The administration targeted states that did not vote for Trump in the 2024 election.

Who benefits from Trump's energy shortage? Not everyday Americans.

Blocking clean energy that’s affordable and fast to deploy makes no sense at a time when one in four Americans are struggling to pay their electricity bills.

Lowering prices was the central promise of President Trump's campaign. One year in, he calls affordability a "hoax."
