WE ARE NOT THE SAME
My office switched from "encouraging us to come in 2x a week" to "requiring non-remote employees to come in 3x a week." I have a 1 hr. 45 min. commute, and I came in today and no one else from my team was here. I was next to someone who would NOT stop chatting loudly on the phone all day though.
