How this system works is that when a pattern calls for multiple rows of sc, I use the stitch markers after the inc row. Then I count the number of sc rows in the pattern and just go from there.

Is this faster? Well, no. BUT is it easier? Also, no. Will I use one of my row counters from now on? ...

Rainbow colored stitch markers are being used instead of an actual row counter.

I wish I could say there’s a master plan, but I improvise as I go.
Tweaking the FOV helps shape what the viewer sees — more of the world, or a close-up.
From outside the camera, the scene’s usually a mess (*ﾉ▽ﾉ)

I've been obsessed with crocheting for the past week. Meet Bobo, my new office assistant.

Finally got around to scanning this 🦇

Three adventurers facing right, weapons drawn, trudging through snow covered trees. The figure in the front is Aelis, dark hair blue cloak, black gambeson, with a short leaf shaped sword drawn. The middle figure is Maurenia, an elf woman with a rapier pointed high, wearing a studded leather armor. The figure in the back is Tun, a tall half orc with a large walking stick that doubles as a weapon. He has blonde hair, braided on the sides, long and unbraided in the back, and held in a hiar tie on top. He wears a giant fur cloak over a tunic.

Three deer are lined diagonally across the canvas. The first deer is a pale skeleton, the second a dark apparition with coiling smoke flowing from it's body, and the third is a translucent skeleton. The deer are linked by a strange smoke that flows through their eyes, and the tines of their antlers are interlocked. This drawing was inspired by Pneuma by Tool.

The moss-covered skeleton of an ancient unicorn stands motionless with a moth resting on it's skull. The creature appears to be able to see through the eyespots on the moths wings.

This OC belongs to SpiritSai and is the Demigod of Light in SpiritSai’s worldbuilding project. A drawing of a horse-like creature in an elegant floating pose. The creature has a long tail covered in gilded scales and tipped with silken hair. Her wings are yellow and blue with large scales on it’s back. Her legs are plated in the same gilded scales and end in golden cloven hooves with gold dewclaws. Her horn is curved like a scythe, and her dragon-like whiskers zigzag into the sky above her. She is surrounded by a divine glow as shooting stars cascade in the background.

Today is my birthday and also day 19 of being in the hospital with a severe illness. I'm going to be greedy and wish for 2 things for my birthday: to have a full recovery, and for as many folks to see my artwork as possible today. 💚 Care to give this a repost to make that second wish come true?

A large ocean wave is about to overtake a bedraggled man in a weathered rowboat. He looks distressed about this, knowing he's not going to be able to get clear of the wave in time.

A rusalka possessively embraces a man she's pulled under water in a pond; he doesn't appear to be struggling against her very much.

A minotaur with a sword sunk in his chest and several cuts on his body, but from each cut flowers and flower petals flow instead of blood. His face looks sad and pleading, and he raises a hand as if to fend off an attacker.

Somehow all three of the pieces I entered into Infected By Art Volume 13 were accepted into the final publication?? ? 😮
