Trump, Mitch McConnell Clash In Oval Office Over Where They Are https://theonion.com/trump-mitch-mcconnell-clash-in-oval-office-over-where-they-are/
Dancing through the Downfall.
Looks like Cuba may get an FBI investigation of the Florida-based terrorist infiltrators who tried to attack Cuba last month as a face saving concession. I’m sure Kash Patel will do a bang up job.🙄
I don’t know about that design, but industrial drones can lift 500-800 pounds and smaller agricultural drones can easily lift a person these days. I predict smugglers will be using them to ferry illicit cargo from ships to accomplices on land. No ports needed.
same. we grew up w/the constant reminder of "when you boys finish your military service..." as if that were predestined. it was a very scary thing to think about as a child when our parents watched the war on tv every goddam day. then a cousin disappeared in vn for 6 weeks; he came back an atheist.
Yesterday, I started to research mine countermeasures capabilities of the US Navy.
Basically, the US Navy is exceedingly ill-prepared for a war where sea mines are a big part of the conflict.
This limitation goes back at least as far as the Reagan administration.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’d be careful about using domestic abuser logic when talking about Donald Trump.
I think I was in 3rd grade when I asked my mom what they showed on TV when there was no war. Neither of us could say because the war was on every day. The other never-ending story on TV at the time was Watergate. For kids today, I’m afraid they will grow up with the Iran War and Epstein-gate.
I was just learning to crawl when LBJ sent 3,500 Marines from the 9th Marine Expeditionary Brigade to Vietnam in March 1965. I was in 5th grade by the time that war finally ended.
I want to be very clear here that I do indeed think assigning blame/responsibility to random Jews for what Israel does and conflating Israel and Jews generally is wrong. That's also why I think Jewish institutions and leaders should stop doing it.
Don’t worry. It’s just the tip.🙄
The Chinese Embassy in Washington just trolled Trump’s stupid right-wing summit of the Americas held at his golf club in Doral and the silly “Shield of the Americas” initiative.
At the “Shield of the Americas” summit earlier this month, Trump urged right-wing leaders in the hemisphere to escalate the drug war: “The only way to defeat these enemies is by unleashing the power of our militaries. We have to use our military. You have to use your military.”
I’m quoted here:
“Díaz-Canel said that the Cuban negotiators had participated “on the basis of equality and respect for the political systems of both states, and for the sovereignty and self-determination” of the Cuban govt. Díaz-Canel said no petroleum shipments have arrived on the island in the past three months.”
Pete Hegseth last year shut the Pentagon office focused on trying to avoid civilian deaths. And now we learn that the Iranian girls school struck by a U.S. Tomahawk missile had a robust inline presence and its playground was easily visible on Google Maps.

People who live in glass bunkers…
Orange Caligula is wallowing in murder and calling it a great honor.
US illegal sanctions against a peaceful country is causing a humanitarian crisis.
This is the CNN story that Hegseth was so upset about. Solid reporting, though “underestimated” seems a bit understated.
Hegseth, meanwhile, admitting above that they considered this outcome. So headline could read: Trump admin went ahead with the unprovoked war despite warnings about econ. chaos …
“Defense Secretary Hegseth dismissed concerns that the closure of the Strait of Hormuz because of the Iran war would continue being a problem. “We have been dealing with it, and don’t need to worry about it,” Hegseth told reporters at a briefing at the Defense Dept.”
What? Me worry? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Peter Navarro is the Rudolf Hess of the Trump administration. He’s already done jail time for Twitler.
Bunker Boy Pete is projecting again.🙄
So much projection with these people!
These clowns can’t tie their own shoes, true, but even so there’s no way nobody expected this. They’re lying. The question is WHY.
Here’s a story for you @channel4news.bsky.social Can’t imagine BBC will run it.
