Sarah Drew doesn’t get enough praise for her portrayal of April on greys.
I miss when greys had good actors. All we have now is Caterina Scorsone.

1. Drink water this morning. Do that for your kidneys.
2. Eat at least an egg today. Do that for your brain.
3. Use your legs. Exercise. Take a walk. Do that for your heart.
4. Stay hydrated through today. Do that for your body.

I can't believe people still get upset over this scene. IMO Steph would have been hurt far more deeply further down the line if he hadn't interrupted the wedding.

Watching April/Arizona’s final episode on Greys Anatomy & I will always be raging that their stories were cut short.
Especially April’s - she was such a complex character & there were ENDLESS possibilities for stories.
BUT every time I see Sarah Drew online she’s thriving & I love that for her!
Agreed! Also a lot fans continue to bring up the firings to support their claim that she's the worst doctor on the show. They all made mistakes and quite frankly a lot of them should have been fired.
Unfortunately, on that set I feel that personal feelings impacted the writing the majority of the time.
They always blow it where she's concerned, they just don't want to focus on her story.
This right here is what bothers me the most! April/Sarah was never given/shown the love, support or recognition she so richly deserved.
Even when they were divorced (s12-s13b) they barely dated other people. He went on that one date and she went on that Tinder date. They always loved each other and it looked like they were on their way to reuniting and then it all went so terribly wrong.😔
Jackson declaring his love for April at her wedding when he was given plenty of opportunities to share his feelings with her prior isn't April's fault. That the fans blamed April for Jackson's behaviour at the wedding is ridiculous. April gets blamed for EVERYTHING and it's truly annoying.
Ugh! I wish we could see a snippet of how they reunited. I would love to see what happened between April moving to Boston to that kiss in the elevator. I think April would be a lot more cautious regarding getting back together with an ex, esp after her marriage to Matthew.
Exactly! I know they are no longer on GA, but at the very least I hope he had to try harder with April in Boston and she didn't fall into his arms in a matter of weeks. In my opinion, he had a lot to make up for with her.
And then he grabs her face to kiss her! 😍
She's incredible, that monologue had me bawling. 😭 Then he goes in for the hug & holds her head and holds her tightly ... so good. It reminded of the "We're having a boy" scene. 😢
Jesse loving Sarah & having her back always is so special to me. Their dynamic to me is, like japrils, so unexpected but solid, makes the shipping that much more satisfying.

I don't doubt that Ellen's ego played a part! After Derek's death I don't even remember her sl, that's how uninterested I was in her. Those first seasons Katherine & Sandra carried GA bc it certainly wasn't EP's talent that kept me watching. Also, to hate SD? I can't understand that.
All of this is to say that KV is an immature and spiteful weirdo!!!
These are fictional characters they are NOT real, she is an adult/writer who treated Sarah like trash bc she didn't like April. Learn to distinguish btwn fiction & reality!!! Also, Chyler chose to leave & Eric along with her ... get over it!

Most definitely! They were so disrespected and the fact that Sarah pleaded for her character to depart the show without a man & she did the complete opposite AND that Sarah was shadowing to direct a future episode & she didn't let her do that either. Sarah deserved better!!!
I couldn't watch their scenes at the time, but having watched after I got my endgame, he didn't look the least bit undone or sunk by her. If anything he looked bored.
I absolutely agree! Hated what they did to Japril, however considering Krista's hatred towards April (possibly Sarah) it could have been so much worse. In retrospect, if Sarah had remained on the show KV would've destroyed April & put her through hell. Look what she did to Teddy and that's her bff.
If all this is true then it's seriously demented. What a complete waste of time!
Time for me to be grateful that these two got together and were endgame bc it appears that everyone and everything was against them. I believe in miracles!!
