Trump said Fri that he would send troops to Memphis. The shift in the focus of his militarized policing is now unmistakable: he’s targeting Blk cities. Media that continues to repeat his line that he’s targeting “Democrat-led” cities are only helping him disguise his racial motives as partisan ones.
