My GP surgery sent me a letter telling me to book an asthma check. I tried, but I'm unable to do so through the app, so I rang the surgery at 8am, and they told me I had to use the app. Now, as a result, I can't request repeat prescriptions of ventolin inhalers, which I know I need!
