American teams having the same amount of fun and pride as other teams in international sports would require the white athletes to love and embrace things that are extremely not white, which most of them refuse to do because they have very weird racial hang-ups.
Literally every unique and cool cultural tradition that actually comes from this country was created by Black or indigenous people and uhhh yeah not expecting the conservative baseball boys to embrace that anytime soon.
