Out for a run again tonight, I've got back into a good rhythm in recent weeks of going 2-3 times per week, and it's definitely getting easier 😁

Making the most of the good weather, out in North West Wales yesterday, climbed the Little Orme and couldn't resist stripping off 😁

There were 17 of us in all, and we covered about 5 1/2 miles around Ashridge Estate and forest. I met some lovely people, and really enjoyed the day.

It was only my second ever group hike, and definitely not my last 😁

Arrived at @britnaturism.bsky.social Sunfolk today for my four-night stay 😁 Best weather I've ever had for a camping trip, let alone a naturist one!

I spent some time in the pool, sat in the sun reading for a while, and bought a lovely little tub of icecream from the honesty shop on site 😋

I've been a naturist since before I'd even heard the word! Since my early teens I just felt comfortable being bare, but I was in my 20s before I ventured to any naturist places.

Now as I approach 40, it's a big part of my life and who I am 🙂

Out for a run this morning, now off to the cinema to see 'The Phoenician Scheme' and then feet up tonight, probably watch some more of the new 'Walking With Dinosaurs' series 😁

Forecast doesn't look as good this weekend, after weeks of sunshine, so I'll probably catch up on some laundry - ironic, for a naturist! - and watch films 😁

I just dug into my archive and found a few shots I'd taken then too. I saw it three separate times that year when I visited the capital 🙂
