A photo throwback to 2022 and a reminder that Spring is just round the corner 🤞🏻. This was a rare opportunity in a lovely spot where I often work. It was a little dark and chilly outside still while the kettle was on this morning!
It’s normally 21st June which was a Saturday last year and why I could make it. I don’t see anything in the BN calendar yet for this year.

Home by 4.00pm on a boiler swap day is a rare thing. Twinged my back a little bit as it was a heavy old thing so I’m having a nice soak in the bath. Sadly I’ve a meeting later on or I’d be naked until tomorrow!

I was later last time I did this and it was busier. I think it’s popular with 4x4 owning locals as it’s quieter over there.
Along the coast can be sticky but there’s a 4x4 track on the cliffs which is easier with relatively frequent ways down to the sea. 👍🏻
There’s a tunnel under the motorway about 1km from BHH and then there’s a trail pretty much straight over with cairns. Unsurprisingly I went off piste which gets a bit sandy in places and the drop down to the far coast was a little steep and sandy! 🫣 Easy nav as you’re never far from landmarks.
Lovely little trot across the dessert from @bhhnaturistresort.bsky.social to the west coast this morning. Had a little paddle but was too rough for swimming. Had the place to myself!
