Day 4 cardiac unit! Roll on getting the angiogram and hopefully fixing whatever is going on!

Story of my last few days, back in hospital with cardiac issues. More investigation needed and they won't letting home until I've been seen at Papworth and had another angiogram as im still getting chest pains. Pretty fed up tbh, thought I'd dealt with this 8 years ago!

Is it the same as manipulator or brain washer... probably sometimes.

I spend quite a bit of my spare time learning, after all life is one long journey of discovery! Using Trailhead, other online resources, YouTube etc... I've ticked off Cert number eight this evening!

Eight years ago, outside the old Papworth Hospital just released with my new Ironman heart! The end of 13 days spent in two different hospitals that started with being rushed to the Coronary Care Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital then taken four days later to Papworth Hospital for heart surgery.

I hear you, I was born in the USA but grew up in the UK. Father was American, Mother was English (both sadly gone). The American in me feels I should be celebrating, the British part of me is shouting... oh no you don't! Ironic they wanted away with a King only to elect one again.

Last night I locked myself away in the furnace (aka the home office). Clicked launch and imparted the knowledge I've gained over the last few years alongside two weeks of studying! I'm very pleased to pass another cert 😀 Thanks to @ldnscall.bsky.social for the cert voucher that kicked me into gear!

First time in three years I've seen my bike! It's been stored away and due to health, time, money, weather etc.. it's not been used. Looking forward to getting it sorted and riding again this summer... #f650gs

Father's day is tough as I watch others spending time with their fathers. I lost all my father figures leaving just memories. The black and white photo is my stepdad aged 17, my dad for 36 years. The colour photo my biological father I never knew who I discovered last year and who died when I was 10

Ugh, I may be dealing with some sort of cortisteroid withdrawal as I'm tapering down my dose of prednisolone. Feeling pretty darn rough hence awake at 3am. Body wide muscle aches, gastric issues, head pressure... sucks.
