Hi Chris!!! You made it!! I’m finding this platform a bit complicated but hoping it becomes easier over time. Funny you noticed the boundary lines!!! 🀭. I did think it aided the overall composition of the painting and it was fun to work on that boundary line.

Thanks for sharing! I had a problem writing descriptions haven’t figured out exactly how this works. I write a description and it disappeared.

Sharing my art and trying out this platform as I’m new to blue sky. This piece is a white cow back lit on the Isle of Wight. It’s a small 5 x 7” oil painting.

Vanishing. Charlestown barn at last light. I love barns and farms. Not the big agricultural hell holes but the old fashioned small family operations that sell locally at farmers markets bringing us fresh foods not saturated in chemical compounds that poison us. I was driving past this barn one night on my way home and the light was just perfect. I shot a photograph knowing that I wanted to paint it, but I waited quite a few years before I got to it. I painted it and I just finished it and a friend who lives in the area told me the barn was no longer there. These beautiful buildings are vanishing, and we are more reliant on big conglomerates and I would like to see that change this is an oil painting 12 x 22 currently hanging at the new London Inn in New London, New Hampshire.
