Update: it got bad, and then it got worse. I ended up seeing a doctor. I have chemical burns on the white part of my eye and inside my eyelid. Good news though, my cornea is ok, and the prescribed eyedrops are helping a ton!

20+ years of wearing contact lenses, and for the first time, I mixed up my contact solutions and put hydrogen peroxide directly in my eye. Not me over here screaming "Oh f***, F***, I made a big mistake!!!" while trying desperately to pry my burning eye open to get the offending contact out.

I forget how triggering the Teams sounds are until a day like today when a client invites me to a meeting and the only choice is Teams 😩😆🙃 #accountantlife
