Venezuela? I think they should go with a dark red/burgandy/maroon solid top with yellow accents. Same with the hat color.

Puerto Rico? Just increase the font size on the tops. These slap.

Panama? Might sound weird but here me out. Home jersey the same, but off-white. Keep the white letters as is. Hat front panel should be white and incorporate the blue and red stars from the flag.

Nicaragua? Larger script across the front. The 'N' on the cap is kinda goofy. Maybe incorporate some of the flag elements there instead?

Japan? Get rid of that red swirl thing on the blue top. Don't touch the home whites

Great Britain? Not bland enough imo

Dominican Republic? I don't really have any strong opinions on it one way or another.

Cuba? Use the Sugar Kings jerseys for inspiration for the red one.

Colombia? Jerseys are largely fine. Increase the font size. Hat should be blue with a yellow bill.

Taiwan? I think they should incorporate the sun from their flag into the logo for the hat and as a patch on their chest. Get rid of the side stripe.

Australia? The Oakland A's are your template. Just give me an emu logo on the hat. Small ask

Brazil? The blue jersey needs green to be incorporated more. If they're set on that horrendous stripe down the side, make it solid green. The two tone largely doesn't work. Especially here. The blue top should be paired with white pants and blue socks. Yellow top, blue pants, white socks for home

Italy? Less is more, and don't mix and match cursive script across the chest with block lettering on the cap. Whatever they do, it should evoke a tailored suit, not a HS team. I'll come back to this.

The Netherlands? Should be an orange jersey in a similar fashion to the Astros alternate. Give me navy blue pants with orange piping down the side. The hat is fine, just need to make sure the shade of navy blue matches

USA? Navy pinstripes, big bold USA block lettering in red with navy outlining across the chest, and give me a bald eagle head logo on the front of the cap.

Like most of these federations should be heavily leaning on what they use for their football kits. Also, off-white is an option if navy blue is your primary color (looking at you Czechia and Korea)

The striped lettering does throw me a bit as well. It's also too tightly spaced imo. Agree on the lack of black in the uni being a positive, although the silver is certainly a choice. Negative marks for the black C on the hat

This may entirely be a meatheaded thought but if I were managing PCA I'd tell him I expect to see you at 3rd every time you don't get out or hit a homer. How you get there is entirely up to you
