I have no idea why this is happening. That number doesn't look like anything. But you can request a list of users who follow you through the API or even directly here in the interface. The number of people in that list will be less than the number at the top of the list. That doesn't make sense.
Bluesky shows incorrect follower and following counts at the top of profiles. This is a well-known, long-standing problem that still hasn't been fixed. For example, the following count I retrieved via the API is more than 5,000—about 10%—lower than what Bluesky displays on my profile page.
