I was thinking of painting a crude, but sizable penis on the White House. Kind of along the lines of a content label. It should be ok as long as I pay for the paint myself, right?

I thank you, sir. I guess it's germane to point out, for the general public, that I have a small raft of health concerns, so that a mildly positive result stands out from the background noise a bit.

An odd deficit I just became aware of: I have a small number of friends with whom I could discuss a moderate health problem; but no one is at a level of intimacy that I could share a doctors appointment that had no bad news, or moderate good news (and have them find it of interest.)
