i just dont know what would benefit us the most
and financing a car isnt exactly in our budget... we're single income household rn and barely make enough for rent as is

either way we need a car because we live rurally and its not like we have public transport

fiance also sold our previous vehicle, our 1999 honda accord, and i feel like it didnt have as many issues as our new vehicle (aside from the fact that it couldve killed us at any moment because the brakes were fucked and we didnt have the money to fix them)

i just bought a 2009 dodge journey for 1500
it needs new rims; new battery; brakes done; new air filter; and a bunch of other small things

do i put in the money/work to get this thing fixed, or do i try to sell it for 1500 and get a better car?
