I lived, volunteered, and worked in DC multiple times in my life. It does not go unnoticed to me that he just took over a predominantly black community with federal personnel.

(I do have to brag a little because the house I own does have gorgeous built ins, including a desk and hand carved shelving.)

A lot of the old lumber baron houses got split up into apartments to save them, and it is insane how beautiful some of them are. Old stained glass, stunning wood work, old hand molded plaster. There's a whole area called Heritage Hill that's protected so people can't gut and modernize them.

Check out Grand Rapids, Michigan for old houses and churches made into apartments and condos for the good wood content. It was a lumber town so there's some magnificent interiors on some of the older houses that go up for sale.

Anyone want to take bets on how long it'll take this one to make me cry or....

We have a new engineer starting today and the entire office besides the engineering department all had the same "oh no not another one" reaction.

Delves have been a great repeatable solo challenge that I genuinely enjoy. I really hope they make them evergreen content like raids and dungeons in future expansions!

I got all the way up to a Tier 10 delve last night before I got one-shot by Princess Ky'veza during a bad mob pull. Tonight I will try a Tier 11 just to see if I, an undergeared warlock, can do it before I really start accruing gear.
