Before my disabilities became severe - I took classes in foraging, fermenting and gardening. I desperately wanted to grow my own food.

It’s HARD work. Completely out of reach for me with my chronic illnesses.

Also - land costs money. I live in a 500sq foot box.

Just putting things in perspective.

Lots of people making heartfelt posts about how we have to work together and be a community and protect each other but can't even be bothered to wear a mask or care about disabled people.

I agree that community care is important, but that means EVERYONE in your community, yo.

A simple and powerful act of resistance is to PUT ON A MASK.

Many leftists couldn’t wait to abandon COVID mitigations and policies - tossing people like my to the wayside and making society completely unsafe.

We already have mask bans in the U.S. Normalize community care now!
