From this point on, one Viper will be implanted in every squad of Cobra Troopers because we in the leadership core believe it will lead to a sixty five percent increase in mission success. This gentlemen here will be joining your squadron, his name is... uh, er... It's..." He began to trail off in a manner that made everyone in the room feel a little awkward and unsure of how to proceed, only to be saved by the very trooper he was introducing. "Dave sir, David Montgomery Lotterin." he filled in. The Commander came back to attention like a suddenly fixed animatronic and continued "Yes, David! Very good! Have fun mingling with your new squad mates everyone, I'm off to go give this speech a few dozen more times..." He trailed off before turning and strolling out of the room, leaving the others starring at each other for a few moments before Dave the Viper piped up with "So uhhh, anyone wanna see a funny video of one of the other Viper trainees tripping over their own rifle straps?" and his new squad mates all excitedly gave an affirmative as they gathered around him.

I finally gave this a watch and it was alright. Dialogue could use another pass and I don't love the use of CGI for some of the earth shots but the concept is neat, the character designs are great and the new tracks in the score are pretty dang solid. youtu.be/pjTEzlSRXn8?...

Got Frankie's hat from Knights of Guinevere & a pin badge of Bubble from The Amazing Digital Circus! I would have got Kinger cos he's my favorite of that cast but his pin looked a little too funky for me so I went with Bubble because they always get the best jokes.

The hat fit right out of the package and actually looks alright on me I think, will be slotting it into the rotation after a safety wash.

The Glitch merch I threatened to order a few weeks back arrived! Gotta say, I don't love how their tracking works but it did get here quicker then I expected and this is quality stuff so I'm happy.
