I think this does not adress the root of the problem. You are asking for tools for Casual.
I thing you nead is for casual to function simular the tools you have. So the workshoper werzion of fix Casual or BringbackQuickplay.

He makes speculation videos now. They are terrible.
I don't know how many VAC speculation videos he made at this point. If i vanned to watch Valve speculation videos. I would watched @gabefollower.com.

I hope they fix MvM matchmaking since they broke it. I wonder what Valve will do about the groing sentiment to #bringbackqvickplay tho. Time will tell. I never was into the tf2 gambling mode not update for me.

They still did not fix MvMs matchmaking yet.
