My face was still hot with half dried tears. I sat in my car seat sniffling as I sheepishly read about my two new games. In the front seat sat the large glossy box for my new gaming console. Daddy turned in his seat, "This was a big purchase champ, no more begging Daddy for games until Christmas"

I threw a full blown tantrum as the nosey employee led us to a section with 'more age appropriate games'. Over the stamping of my Barney sneakers I heard the man in the blue polo shirt say things like 'my little brother loved this one' and 'its all about teaching things like counting and spelling'

I kept tugging my shirt down as we walked through the isles... Scanning the game cases I blushed as the smell of damp baby powder wafted up from my exposed pampers. There it was! I went to grab the game, but a stranger in a blue polo shirt blocked my hand. He pointed the rating out to Daddy...

This morning out of the blue Daddy told me we could get the video game I had been asking for! It had only taken a month of begging... I didn't want to give Daddy a reason to change his mind, so I reluctantly kept quiet when he velcro'd on my Barney sneakers without giving me shorts...

The coolest shoes at the store don't come in my size 😭

I get to make stickies in months that end in 'bruary'! Wait... 😳

I'm not sure how it happened but this has become my Friday evening routine...

My favorite bedtime outfit these days

The annual 4th of July cookout at uncle David's house always has daddy excited. This year we left so early in the morning Daddy kept me in my bedtime Huggies. Uncle David always puts out a bunch of my cousins old toys for me to play with. Once the burgers are done I can run naked in the sprinklers!

I threw him away and the next morning he was at the foot of my bed
