ok so what have we learned over the last hour:
obviously we can't do certain things like violate legal agreements, but there's a lot that viewers just have no idea about that goes on behind closed doors
we both think it's a bit insane that in this industry the average person sees so much yet so little at the same time
I was talking with a former VTuber corpo executive and we both basically landed on "it'd be kinda funny if we did a q+a and shared war stories from our corpo days"
Would any of you be interested in something along those lines? What kind of questions would you like answers to?

Obviously there's more to it and there's a lot of nuance and skills to learn beyond the basics.
But it's very disheartening to see how low the bar is for management in the VTubing space - we should be striving for better instead of simply slapping higher prices on basic services.
I'm often asked "how do you become a talent manager?" and I cannot emphasise enough how simple this job is.
You just need a basic level of competence and organisation, and to care about what you do.
For prior IRL work experience, find a job doing any man/project management.
