Apparently the palliative care issue comes up a lot and by the end I was becoming slightly suspicious.

It was emphasised that I shouldn’t read too much into it. Also the cake was nice.
Had a rather sobering appointment with a couple of palliative care nurses this morning then followed up with some cheerful coffee and cake.
