Analysis of 1078 pts in #STRONG_HF:

📍Rapid #GDMT uptitration (~80% dose by day 90) is safe, feasible & ⬇️#HF readmissions/mortality in pts w/wo #AFib

I'm married to one, so I live vicariously through her caffeine habits. But in truth, I'll drink anything that isn't tea.

A whizz through Cardiac Sarcoid with Eleanor Wicks at the AICC - if you look, you will find it, beware of mimics, get the MDT on board, and treat! HF meds, devices and immunosuppression all have a role. #CardioSky

This is very interesting - we're currently reviewing our inpatient referral pathways precisely because 60-70 referrals/day in a busy teaching hospital is not manageable by 2 junior doctors.
