C’est un peu passé inaperçu mais la France a été condamnée aujourd’hui par la Cour Européenne des Droits de l’Homme parce qu’elle utilisait encore en droit la notion de « devoir conjugal » qui n’est ni plus ni moins qu’un droit à violer par alliance.
