Mindspace Mayo is inviting young people aged 16–24 to join our Youth Panel.

As a member, you’ll:
✅ Share your ideas to improve services for young people in Mayo
✅ Work with other young people
✅ Have your voice heard in decisions that matter

Two routes or 8km and 5km are available, designed for all ages, levels of fitness, and access for families with buggies.

Registration takes place at Lahardane Community Centre (F26 KH64) from 9.30am and the walks depart at 10am.

The Stroll for the Soul returns this Sunday to beautiful Lahardane.
