One day,
This now barren scape of ours will flourish
And will blossom into fields of grandeur.

This sad lowly barren place will nourish
And give the awesome affects that answer,

This was my first stab at a #triolet #poem. I obviously have a thing for breaking the rules a bit #fauxpas

While #writing this #poem I was thinking of the simple yet elegant #beauty of #butterflies.
I approached it with the basics of a #sonnet but I put my own flavor to it. Titled: #Fluttering

For months I’ve stumbled
Around this filthy mind of mine

And oh what a year’s time it has been. So many things have changed, but then again, so many things are the same.

Pretty pause
-Before the pounce
pretty paws
-fill pretty kitty’s jaws
It’s the Pretty kitty’s pretty paws that cause the bounce

been thinking a lot about the French revolution today and what historically people inevitably do when tyrants push their luck

I have so many silly comfort movies from when I was a kid. I only say it’s my favorite because I’ve probably seen it more times than anything else

Loved this! Good ole Dice man 😆 funny little thing about my neurodivergence is I’ve never been embarrassed, at least not in the traditional sense like you were. My wife thinks it’s extraordinary 🤣

I’m stuck in solitary confinement
I have lost my mind and can’t seem to find it
But I don’t seem to mind it
I look for an exit, but haven’t seen the sign yet
I’m blinded by solitude, can’t see behind it
The clock unwinds at the chime
I want to rewind and make everything fine but time declines it
