Southend Shakedown, organised by ACE Cafe London, returns to the seafront on Easter Monday.

To enable the event to take place, a section of Marine Parade will be closed to traffic between Three Shells and The Kursaal.

Southend Pier's train service will be back in operation ahead of schedule.

The train is set to resume service from tomorrow morning (Saturday 29 March), just in time for what is expected to be a beautiful weekend.
