And yes, this is a recipe similar to the panera bread mexican street corn soup. I tried that soup once and I haven't stopped thinking about it.

Thumbprint cookies I baked for the hangout; sugar cookies topped with various spreads. The varieties include apple butter, raspberry jam, strawberry jam, and blackberry jam.

Special menu sushi roll plated very fancy. The roll is made out of lobster tempura, snow crab, spicy tuna, 'crunchy top' then topped with yellowtail, snapper, tuna, avocado. Drizzled on top is eel sauce, masago, and black tobiko (soy paper)

Plated hachis parmentier; it is a cousin to shepherd's pie or cottage pie. The meat used was venison instead of beef or lamb. The filling consist of a mirepoix, deglazed in a dry red wine, then meat added. I chose to add peas to the mixture. The filling is then placed in a casserole dish and mashed potatoes are piped on top and broiled until golden; as all the components are already cooked.
