I've overhauled the old wall-fade animation and made the walls literally come down when you pass them.

I've Reworked the camera: When the player is walking, the cam will no longer "scout" and it's following the player fast.
When the player is driving, the camera will scout (when set to scout in the options!).
I think this is an improvement. What do you think?
