A concept illustration for Marvel’s Agatha All Along, featuring Rio Vidal, portrayed by actress Aubrey Plaza, and a skeleton version of the character side by side as they emerge from the misty woods. Rio wears a spiked armor covered in roots and rotting cloth. The skull has tattered cloth and robed as well.

Here’s an unused concept of Rio Vidal—brilliantly played by Aubrey Plaza— I got to work on for #AgathaAllAlong.

This was a fun character to play with, and it was interesting to see how we could incorporate roots, earth and decay into both her human and skeleton designs.

4 robot seals, with glowing lights on their chests and eyes, on a sandy outcrop, inside a cave of basalt pillars, clear waters surrounding them. Around the cave are power cords strung like vines, mosses, barnacles, and a few crabs crawling around. One seal is jumping into the water, one is sleeping, one is relaxing, and one is perched ontop of the tip of the outcrop. Light streams into the cave from the right, creating a kind of magical feeling in the otherwise dank cave.
