I think it depends on what we really mean by wealthy but you can be making 500k a year and not be wealthy (imo) if you have no liquid assets. Generally the high-net worth individual (hate that term lol) criteria is 1mil in investible assets, and that makes sense to me

If you just count the number of inhalers dispensed, probably like 50-60% of doses in my inhalers are never used bc the medication expires before I use all the doses. Tho I guess they prob aren’t capturing the HFAs in discarded inhalers so I guess those prob go back into the atmosphere either way :(

Also as an asthma inhaler user, the framing in the article is dumb - but actually spending money on lower emission ways to deliver inhalers is good. There was already a shift away from CFCs to HFAs and shifting from HFAs to something more environmentally friendly is a good thing!
