If you don’t put more money in the system you just end up with hundreds of mid-career labs struggling for funding in a 5-10 year cycle. We see this in Canada #FundBroadly

Siloed money mean a few flashy discoveries and a lot of waste. Want to change things? Make funding accessible and stop funding calls with less than 2% success rate.
