Last Tuesday was a blessed and productive event in El Salvador. The response is mind blowing. What initially was expected to be maybe 50 turned into 160 leaders being present. I appreciate the leaders of Alianza Líderes allowing me lead, train and serve.

Heading to Louisville for the COGIC Leadership Conference next week. Glad the storm didn’t hit us here in RDU as they had projected.

I’ve realized that SOME people improve but don’t change. Acknowledge the improvements.

Hearing the eulogies for President Carter reminds me, but also challenges me to continue the work of touching lives, developing leaders and transformation.
